About project

The main aim of the Market Rent portal is the saturation of the Ukrainian information space with qualitative information about the market of commercial real estate in Western Ukraine. Residents of Lviv, guests, and all, who have ever tried to find the premises for carrying on the business in Lviv, have met the difficulties with obtaining of qualitative and full information about objects of commercial real estate. MarketRent – is the only portal in western Ukraine where the route between the potential leaseholder or the purchaser and the owner of the premises is the greatest simplified, and information about each object is unique.

Our tasks:

• to create the full and qualitative database of objects of commercial real estate in Western Ukraine;

• to establish the independent information resource with news and analytics of the commercial real estate market of Lviv and other regions.

Our main audience: owners of the objects of commercial real estate, lessors and potential leaseholders, consulting and development companies, real estate agencies, banks and all interested in the market of commercial real estate.

Value of the MarketRent portal consist in the standing exchange of information and knowledge; enlightening of important events on the market of real estate, in particular opening of new objects with office, trade or warehouse premises; and also in establishing of new business and partner relations; in stimulation of agreements concluding as to the objects of commercial real estate of Lviv and other regions.
